*If the Goods are damaged in transit, the Buyers should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged, Then contact us by email service@bestvane.com.(Please use your registered email address, and announce with your order number).
*Such damage must be reported to BESTVANE within 1 working day since you received the goods. We will arrange collection and return. BESTVANE is responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, we will ship the new products to you as soon as possible.
*Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold as new.
*After receiving the goods, if the Buyer decides they are no longer required, the goods can be returned to BESTVANE within 7 days. All items will incur a 30% restocking fee. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
*If Buyers receive goods which do not match those ordered online, please contact us within 3 working days to replace goods, BESTVANE is responsible for paying shipment costs.
*If Buyers choose the items which do not match their vacuum pump model number, BESTVANE will only accept replace goods, but not accept payment refund request. The Buyers should contact us (by mailing to service@bestvane.com) within 3 working days to arrange return. Freight of changing goods will be paid by Buyers. Please check and confirm the model number carefully and choose correct goods from BESTVANE. Any problem of choosing products, please feel free to contact us by email: sales@bestvane.com
*Once we received the returned goods, we will inspect and determine their acceptance, and the restocking fee will be issue the customer a refund.
